Financial Stability and Strengthening at PIZZORNO Environnement in 2025

PIZZORNO Environnement announces stable financial results for 2025, with revenue of €274.5 million, marking a slight increase compared to 2024. The company's strategy, focused on territorial expansion, is proving effective. The Cleaning business contributed significantly to this performance, thanks to the securing of new contracts in France. Meanwhile, the Waste Treatment and Recovery business experienced a decline due to the suspension of certain public services.

Current operating income increased by 27.5%, supported by a strategic agreement with Morocco. This transaction resulted in a €22.5 million gain, despite a parallel loss. PIZZORNO's financial position strengthened, with cash reserves reaching €108.8 million.

As part of its development, the order book reached €1.12 billion, with numerous significant contracts ensuring a long-term vision. The company also anticipates changes in its shareholding structure, with an increased stake for Paprec, subject to regulatory approvals.
