Change in Leadership at OPmobility SE
On November 6, 2025, the Board of Directors of OPmobility SE confirmed the resignation of CEO Laurent Favre for personal reasons. The Board expressed gratitude for Favre's contributions over the past six years.
Subsequently, the Board unanimously appointed Félicie Burelle as the new Chief Executive Officer, expressing confidence in her ability to continue the Group's strategy of profitable growth and competitiveness. Burelle, previously Deputy CEO since 2001, holds a deep understanding of the Group's operations.
In the coming months, Burelle will work with the Board to identify a successor CEO, expecting the appointment in 2026. Meanwhile, OPmobility reaffirms its financial objectives for 2025.
