Plastivaloire Group to Transfer Listing to Euronext Growth

The Plastivaloire Group's Board of Directors has decided to transfer its share listing from the regulated Euronext Paris market to Euronext Growth. This follows the approval from the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2026. Pending Euronext Paris's approval, the move will involve direct admission of existing shares without issuing new ones.

The shift aims to reduce the administrative burden associated with the current market, aligning with Plastivaloire's needs. Shareholders have been informed of potential impacts, including changes in liquidity and reporting obligations. The company will continue adhering to IFRS standards and market transparency requirements.

The transfer, expected by June 2026, seeks to maintain market attractiveness while simplifying operational constraints, supported by TP ICAP Midcap as the listing sponsor.
