Pluxee acquires Skipr to strengthen mobility benefits in Europe

Pluxee, a major player in the employee benefits and engagement market, has completed the acquisition of Skipr, a Belgian company specializing in mobility solutions. This acquisition, fully financed with existing resources, aims to consolidate Pluxee's position in the mobility benefits sector in Belgium and France.

The acquisition of Skipr, whose SaaS offering enables efficient mobility and carbon footprint management, is part of Pluxee's strategic plan to increase its market share and enhance its multi-benefit offering. Starting in 2026, the transaction is expected to contribute positively to the Group's organic growth and EBITDA.

This transaction also allows Pluxee to further enter the sustainable mobility sector, thus responding to the growing interest of employers for flexible and ecological mobility solutions.
