Pluxee Chile targeted by an FNE investigation

Pluxee recently became aware of the complaint filed by the Chilean National Economic Authority (FNE). This investigation concerns potentially anti-competitive practices by Pluxee Chile between 2013 and 2021. The Chilean competition authority has petitioned the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) to initiate a multi-stage legal procedure.
