Heiko Wuttke Appointed as CEO of PNE AG
PNE AG has announced the appointment of Heiko Wuttke as its new CEO, effective January 15, 2025. Wuttke succeeds Per Hornung Pedersen, who served as interim CEO since August 2024. Wuttke brings extensive experience in renewable energies, having held leadership roles at several companies, including 8.2 Consulting AG and Vattenfall Europe Windkraft GmbH.
Wuttke expressed enthusiasm for his new role, highlighting PNE's strong market position and commitment to profitable growth. The Board of Management now includes experienced executives alongside Wuttke, promising continued success for PNE in its core markets.
Dirk Simons, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised Wuttke's addition to the team and thanked Pedersen for his interim leadership. Pedersen will remain on the Board without a specific role until March 2025.
