PNE AG Initiates Subscription for New 2026/2031 Corporate Bond
PNE AG has commenced the subscription period for its new corporate bond 2026/2031 through the German Stock Exchange. The process started on 22 May 2026, making it accessible via DirectPlace at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Interested investors can submit buy orders until 11 June 2026. Additionally, subscription through PNE AG's website is open until 10 June 2026.
This new bond, targeting up to EUR 65 million with a five-year term, features an interest rate between 6.750% and 7.750%. The exact rate will be finalized on 11 June 2026. Institutional investors have a private placement option through IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG.
The bond aims to refine PNE AG's financing structure, particularly its debt maturity, while supporting project development and interim project financing.
