PNE AG Maintains Development Momentum Amid Reduced Wind Generation

PNE AG has demonstrated strong operational progress in early 2025, commissioning two new wind farms in Germany and securing permits for additional projects. This activity has marginally expanded their project pipeline, setting a positive foundation for the year. However, a notable reduction in wind volume has significantly impacted power generation earnings.

Despite stable total output figures of EUR 55.7 million, revenues dropped to EUR 27.9 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) fell to EUR 3.6 million. The group reported an EBIT of EUR –7.1 million, with undiluted earnings per share at EUR –0.14.

PNE continues its growth strategy by balancing project sales and enhancing its own generation capabilities, with multiple projects nearing the sales phase. The company remains optimistic, expecting several project sales in the second half of 2025 and upholding its financial guidance.
