PNE AG Sells 91 MW Wind Farm Portfolio to Qualitas Energy

PNE AG has completed the sale of a wind farm portfolio with a total capacity of 91 megawatts to Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH. Finalized at the end of 2025, this transaction involves six wind farms at various stages of development. This sale continues the successful collaboration between PNE and Qualitas Energy.

The portfolio includes three turnkey wind farms under construction: "Helenenberg" in Rhineland-Palatinate (6 MW), "Welsche Lied" in Hesse (27.8 MW), and "Zinndorf" in Brandenburg (6.8 MW). Additionally, project rights were sold for three wind farms in Hesse: "Großer Mittelberg" (4.2 MW), "Herzhausen" (33 MW), and "Odensachsen" (13.2 MW).
