Polaris Renewable Energy Elects Directors at Annual Meeting

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. has successfully elected all six director candidates proposed by management during its annual meeting held via live webcast. The directors will serve until the end of the next annual meeting or until successors are elected. The voting results indicate a strong shareholder support for all nominees. Jaime Guillen received 97.69% of votes; James V. Lawless, 97.63%; Marc Murnaghan, 97.74%; Marcela Paredes de Vásquez, 98.03%; Catherine Fagnan, 98.06%; and Adarsh P. Mehta, 98.15%. These results reflect the shareholders' confidence in the current board's direction and leadership.
