Polaris Renewable Energy Elects Directors at Annual Meeting

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. (TSX:PIF) has announced the successful election of all six director nominees proposed by management at its annual shareholders meeting in Toronto, held via live video webcast. Each director will serve until the next annual meeting or until successors are appointed. The voting results exhibited a solid backing for the candidates.

Jaime Guillen received 83.72% of votes for, with 16.28% withheld. James V. Lawless garnered 83.77% votes for, opposed by 16.23%. Marc Murnaghan secured a significant 96.60% approval. Marcela Paredes de Vásquez and Catherine Fagnan obtained 84.04% and 84.03% votes for, respectively. Adarsh P. Mehta received 84.11% support.
