Samsung Biologics' Tender Offer for PolyPeptide Group Shares
Samsung Biologics Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Samsung Peptide AG, has revealed the provisional interim results of its public tender offer for PolyPeptide Group AG shares. The main offer period concluded on 12 October 2026. Provisional results indicate Samsung Peptide, along with associated parties, holds 87.92% of PolyPeptide's share capital and voting rights, with 87.59% successful tendering of shares.
The offer is contingent on receiving necessary regulatory approvals and changes in PolyPeptide's governance structure, with an extraordinary general meeting set for 26 October 2026. If finalized, an additional acceptance period is scheduled from 19 to 30 October 2026.
