Porsche AG Maintains Stable Dividend at 2025 AGM

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Porsche AG announced it will maintain its dividend. Shareholders approved the Executive and Supervisory Boards' proposal. For 2024, a dividend of 2.30 euros per ordinary share and 2.31 euros per preferred share will be distributed.

Porsche AG will pay around 2.1 billion euros in dividends for 2024, consistent with the previous year. This represents a dividend yield of 4.98 percent for preferred shares, based on the prior day's closing price. Dividends will be paid on May 26, 2025.

Additionally, the actions of members of both the Management and Supervisory Boards for the 2024 financial year were formally approved. Despite economic challenges, Porsche remains committed to rewarding its shareholders.
