Evolution of voting rights at Poujoulat SA in 2025

At the end of October 2025, Poujoulat SA announced information on the total number of voting rights and shares. The share capital consists of 7,836,000 shares. In January 2025, there were 13,001,401 exercisable voting rights and 13,012,616 theoretical rights. These figures fluctuated slightly throughout the year. In October 2025, there were 12,970,505 exercisable rights and 12,983,357 theoretical rights.
