AmeriTrust Closes First Tranche of Brokered Offering for $36.2 Million
AmeriTrust Financial Technologies Inc. announced the closure of the first tranche of its brokered offering, raising $36,187,200. The offering included Debenture Units and Life Units. Debenture Units, priced at $1,000 each, gathered $20.85 million. Each unit included a $1,000 convertible debenture and share purchase warrants. The Life Units, priced at $0.05 each, raised $15.34 million, comprising a common share and a warrant per unit.
The funds will support the re-initiation of lease originations in 2026. Clarus Securities and Cormark Securities acted as co-lead agents, receiving a commission and broker warrants. The second tranche is expected by January 2026. This offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
