Poxel Appoints Yves Decadt as CEO to Advance Strategic Goals

Poxel, a biopharmaceutical company listed on Euronext Paris, has appointed Yves Decadt as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective from June 10, 2026. Yves Decadt, a member of Poxel's Board since October 2025, has been involved in defining the strategic and commercial direction of the company. His leadership priorities include advancing partnerships for Imeglimin outside Japan, focusing on China and Asia, and developing PXL065 for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and metabolic dysfunction-related conditions.

Decadt brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including significant roles at Johnson & Johnson. His appointment aims to secure strategic partnerships to enhance Poxel's commercial prospects. The Board acknowledges his expertise in the sector, particularly his insights into Asian markets.
