POXEL: Status of voting rights and capital in preparation for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

POXEL, a company registered in Lyon, provides information on the total number of shares and voting rights in preparation for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 11, 2025. As of November 5, 2025, POXEL's share capital consisted of 53,758,167 shares. This number also corresponds to the total number of theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 53,690,737, due to treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights.
