PPX Mining Corp. Announces Key Board Changes and Leadership Transition
PPX Mining Corp. has announced strategic changes in its leadership team with the appointments of Mr. Ernest Mast and Mr. Diego Bellido as new directors, effective January 12, 2026. Mr. Bellido, a senior Glencore executive, brings over 15 years of expertise in global commodities trading, enhancing PPX's governance framework.
Additionally, Mr. Mast has assumed the role of President and CEO, transitioning from his previous position as announced in December 2025. Dr. John Thomas, previously interim CEO, will continue serving the company as Chief Operating Officer.
With these changes, PPX is positioning itself to advance its strategic growth plans. Mr. Bruno Kaiser has stepped down as director but will remain involved as an advisor. The executive team expresses gratitude for his contributions.
