PREATONI Group: 2026 Half-Year Results and Governance Reorganization

PREATONI Group reports significant improvement in its results for the first half of 2026. Revenue increased slightly to €51.5 million, while EBITDA rose by 21% to €13.3 million, with a margin of 25.8%. Net income reached €5.7 million, up from €4.5 million in the previous year.

Debt reduction continues, with net debt decreasing by €11.4 million. The performance of the Hospitality/Tourism sector, despite an unfavorable geopolitical context, supports these results, with revenue of €25.4 million and growth of 12.2%.

Regarding governance, Oscar Crameri succeeds Patrick Werner as Chairman of the Board. The founder's sons, Eugenio and Edoardo Preatoni, join the Board, thus strengthening the family's involvement in the group's strategy.
