PREATONI Group Announces FY2025 Results for Pro Kapital Grupp
PREATONI Group, listed on Euronext Paris, has disclosed the audited financial results for its subsidiary, AS Pro Kapital Grupp, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. These results were approved by the Supervisory Board on April 15, 2026. Notably, distinctions from prior interim results concern the classification of liabilities; however, total liabilities remain unchanged.
The 2025 consolidated annual report, alongside the auditor's report, is accessible on AS Pro Kapital Grupp's website, in compliance with Tallinn Stock Exchange regulations. PREATONI Group is set to release its own 2025 annual results on April 20, 2026, ahead of market opening, with a full annual financial report expected by the end of April 2026.
