PREATONI Group Moves to Euronext Growth
PREATONI Group, specializing in hotel assets and real estate, will transfer its share listing to Euronext Growth Paris on May 11, 2026. This shift, approved at a General Meeting in January 2026, aims to boost the company's appeal to investors.
The move includes measures to enhance stock liquidity, such as a new liquidity agreement and continuous trading from the first day on Euronext Growth. PREATONI operates resorts in Egypt and Sicily and engages in real estate projects in the Baltic states.
In 2025, PREATONI reported €106.2 million in revenue, up 58% from 2024, with an EBITDA of €25.3 million. The company targets over 5% annual revenue growth and an EBITDA margin above 20% from 2026 to 2028.
