PREATONI Group Reports Q1 2026 Revenue Growth for Pro Kapital Grupp
PREATONI Group, an international entity specializing in hotel and real estate operations, has announced the Q1 2026 financial results for its subsidiary, AS Pro Kapital Grupp. Despite a challenging geopolitical climate, Pro Kapital demonstrated robust growth across key metrics compared to Q1 2025.
Pro Kapital revenue for Q1 2026 reached EUR 15.1 million, marking a 21.0% increase from the previous year. Key contributors to this growth include successful property deliveries in Tallinn's Kalaranna District and Villnius' City Villas. Gross profits rose to EUR 5.7 million, alongside operating profits of EUR 4.0 million.
Net income for the period was EUR 2.8 million, surpassing EUR 1.9 million from the last year. Cash flow from operations significantly improved, totaling EUR 10.0 million, a substantial leap from EUR 1.3 million in Q1 2025.
