Pro Kapital Grupp recorded notable growth in the first quarter of 2026
The international group PREATONI, through its subsidiary Pro Kapital Grupp, posted strong financial results in the first quarter of 2026. The subsidiary, specializing in residential real estate in the Baltic countries, saw its turnover reach 15.1 million euros, an increase of 21% compared to 2025.
In Tallinn, the development of the Kalaranna and Uus-Kindrali projects contributed to this performance. Gross profit increased to €5.7 million, compared to €4.2 million the previous year. Operating profit and net profit also rose, reaching €4.0 million and €2.8 million respectively.
The company also announced an operating cash flow of 10 million euros, a significant increase.
