PRECIA: Call for the Combined Annual General Meeting

PRECIA, a company registered with the Aubenas Trade and Companies Register, is inviting its shareholders to attend the Combined Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2025. The meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the company's head office in Veyras.

The agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting includes the approval of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year, the approval of non-deductible expenses, and the setting of compensation amounts for the Supervisory Board. A share buyback program is also proposed.

The Extraordinary General Meeting aims to authorize the Management Board to cancel up to 10% of the share capital through share buybacks. Shareholders may participate in person, by proxy, or by mail.
