Results of the Predilife General Meeting

On June 23, 2025, Predilife, a specialist in artificial intelligence for personalized medicine, held its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting in Saint-Cloud. The quorum reached was 53.83%. All resolutions recommended by the board of directors were adopted by a majority.

The shareholders approved the annual and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as well as the allocation of the results for the year. They also examined the facts noted by the statutory auditors in accordance with Article L.234-1 of the French Commercial Code.

It was decided to renew the authorization for share buybacks, capital increases with adjustment of subscription rights, and the free allocation of shares. Detailed results of the vote are available on the Predilife website.
