Prismaflex: Declaration of Voting Rights as of July 31, 2025
As of July 31, 2025, Prismaflex has announced the distribution of its voting rights. The company has a total of 1,360,490 shares in its capital. The theoretical voting rights amount to 2,067,994. However, the number of voting rights that can actually be exercised is 2,060,541.
This difference is mainly due to the treasury holding of 7,453 bearer shares, which do not carry voting rights. There are no voting rights associated with registered shares. Prismaflex also reports the presence of 51 registered current accounts in the company's structure.
