ProCredit Holding Joins German SDAX Index

ProCredit Holding AG has announced its inclusion in the German SDAX index, effective May 9, 2025. This follows recognition of ProCredit as one of Germany's 160 largest publicly listed companies by free-float market capitalization. This achievement is a strategic milestone for the company, potentially increasing its shares' attractiveness.

Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2016, ProCredit has aligned its operations with capital market standards and transformed into a stock corporation in 2023. ProCredit's chairman, Hubert Spechtenhauser, views this inclusion as an acknowledgment of the company’s responsible banking model, which combines economic, environmental, and social impacts.

ProCredit continues to focus on growth and transformation, aiming for sustainable impacts and shareholder value. The group's activities are mainly in Southeastern and Eastern Europe, but also include operations in South America and Germany.
