Prodware: Public delisting offer by Phast Invest
On December 18, 2025, Prodware announced the availability of the information memorandum and details regarding the legal, financial, and accounting characteristics of Phast Invest in connection with its delisting tender offer. The offer, initiated by Phast Invest and presented by Banque Degroof Petercam, is for €28 per ordinary share and will run for 10 trading days.
The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has approved this offer, affixing visa number 25-486 to the information memorandum concerning Prodware shares. The documents are available on the Prodware and AMF websites.
This offer is not intended for countries where it is subject to specific restrictions. Phast Invest accepts no responsibility for any failure by the parties concerned to comply with these restrictions.
