Prodways Completes Sale of Its Software Business
Prodways Group has finalized the sale of its Software business, previously managed by its subsidiary AvenAo. This marks a significant step in the Group's strategy to refocus, as revealed in 2025. The transaction, valued at €35 million, was designed to benefit the Group's shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ratified the sale on April 24, 2026. The transaction concluded on May 5, 2026, after fulfilling all necessary conditions. In response, the Board plans to propose reinvesting €20 million in a public share buyback offer, requiring shareholder approval in an upcoming meeting.
An independent expert will evaluate the operation while a financial advisor supports its execution. Further details on this offer will be disclosed later, subject to approval by the French financial markets authority.
