Prodways finalizes the sale of its Software business
The Prodways Group has announced the completion of the sale of its Software business, managed by its subsidiary AvenAo. This sale, valued at €35 million, is part of the group's refocusing strategy. Shareholders approved the transaction at the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2026. Following the fulfillment of the conditions precedent, the transaction was finalized on May 5, 2026.
Following this sale, the Board of Directors intends to distribute a portion of the proceeds through a public share buyback offer (OPRA) of €20 million. Prodways will announce the timetable and terms of this transaction shortly, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
