Prodways Group: Publication of voting rights for the 2025 General Meeting
On June 12, 2025, Prodways Group announced the total number of existing voting rights and shares comprising its capital. This announcement was made in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, ahead of the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2025.
As of May 19, 2025, Prodways' share capital consists of 51,750,524 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 57,311,436, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 56,149,073. This latter figure excludes the 1,162,363 treasury shares held by the Group that do not carry voting rights.
Prodways Group, listed on Euronext Paris, is a key player in industrial 3D printing, offering a complete range of technological products and services.
