Prodways submits the sale of its Software business to shareholder approval
On March 20, 2026, Prodways Group announced the convening of a General Meeting on April 24, 2026. This meeting aims to obtain shareholder approval for the sale of its Software business, managed by its subsidiary AvenAo Solution 3D. An agreement for this sale was signed on March 6, and the condition precedent related to the strategic partner has been fulfilled.
If approved, Prodways proposes to distribute €20 million from the sale to shareholders. This distribution would be made through a public share buyback offer. The terms of this offer will be detailed later and submitted to the General Meeting and the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
This project aims to maintain a stable financial structure, while allowing the continuity of the group's operations.
