Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. announced the appointment of Ellis Martin to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Martin, a veteran in media and strategic communications, brings over 28 years of experience in the natural resources and mining sectors. He is known for founding The Ellis Martin Report, a program featuring interviews with industry leaders.

Martin's role will include advising on corporate positioning, investor engagement, and communications strategies. He will offer strategic guidance as Prospect Ridge advances its exploration projects in British Columbia and aims to expand its investor base.

Prospect Ridge's CEO, Len Brownlie, expressed enthusiasm about Martin's appointment, highlighting his professionalism and insight into the mining business. Martin will engage in promotional activities via Martin City Studios for an initial period of six months, at a cost of $50,000, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
