PSI Reports Second Quarter Growth in Orders and Revenues

PSI Software SE has announced a strong performance in the second quarter of 2026, with a significant rise in both order intake and revenues. The company secured new orders worth 69 million euros, marking a 32.7% increase from the same period last year. Revenues for the quarter also grew by 10.7%, reaching 71.9 million euros. Despite these positive results, earnings were still influenced by transformation-related costs.

The Grid & Energy Management segment showed improvement with an 18.4% increase in revenues. Conversely, the Process Industries & Metals segment faced challenges with a 13.6% drop in revenues. PSI's consolidated revenues for the first half of 2026 stood at 138.4 million euros, a 4.1% rise compared to the previous year.

PSI remains optimistic, projecting a 10% increase in order intake and revenues for the year, aiming for a 4% EBIT margin post-adjustments. The recent capital infusion from Zest Bidco GmbH, amounting to approximately 29 million euros, is expected to bolster the company’s financial position despite prevailing economic uncertainties.
