BlackRock crosses a threshold at Publicis Groupe
On April 23, 2025, the American company BlackRock, Inc. crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Publicis Groupe SA. This movement follows an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
