Pulsar Helium Announces Shareholders Meeting and New Engagements
Pulsar Helium Inc., a leading helium project development company, has scheduled its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders for May 2, 2025, at its corporate office in British Columbia. The notice and proxy materials are available on the company's website.
Additionally, Pulsar has engaged VSA Capital Limited and focusIR for marketing activities. VSA Capital will assist with media outreach, while focusIR will work on investor relations. Both arrangements are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The company continues its work on the Topaz project in Minnesota, having reached significant drilling milestones with the Jetstream #1 and #2 wells. This is a step towards addressing global helium demand and advancing towards production.
