Pulsar Helium Awards Security-Based Compensation
Pulsar Helium Inc., a leading helium exploration and development company, has announced security-based compensation awards. On December 16, 2025, the company's Board of Directors granted stock options and performance share units to incentivize key team members.
The awarded compensation includes 2,000,000 stock options to an officer and consultant, as part of the company's Stock Option Plan. These options allow the purchase of shares at CAD$0.69 per share for five years, vesting immediately. Additionally, 1,200,000 performance share units (PSUs) were allocated under the Equity Incentive Plan. The PSUs vest over three years, with one-third vesting each anniversary.
