PVA TePla Forms Strategic Alliance with SENTECH Instruments

PVA TePla AG has announced a strategic partnership with SENTECH Instruments, aimed at enhancing its metrology portfolio. The cooperation focuses on integrating a non-destructive optical measurement system for evaluating semiconductor coatings. Development and production will be joint efforts, but global sales will be managed by PVA TePla. The first applications targeting the semiconductor industry are expected by 2026.
