Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. Launches D-Shares Buyback Program

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of a D-Shares buyback program. The initiative, approved by the Annual General Meeting in May 2025, involves repurchasing shares worth up to EUR 2 million. The company plans to acquire a maximum of 1,000,000 D-Shares, representing approximately 0.369% of its current D-Share capital.

The buyback will commence on or around January 21, 2026, and conclude by February 13, 2026. The purchase price for each D-Share will be restricted to within 5% of the opening auction price on the trading day in Xetra trading. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares to reduce its D-Share capital.
