Qwamplify: 2025 Results and Q1 2026 Challenges

Qwamplify published its 2025 annual results with revenue of €27.1 million, marking an 18% decrease compared to the previous year. Operating income amounted to €1.3 million, down 58% compared to 2024. However, net income attributable to the Group held up, reaching €1.1 million, a decrease of 13%.

For the first quarter of 2026, revenue fell to €5.4 million, a decrease of 27%. Gross margin also contracted by 28%, amounting to €3.9 million. These results reflect the impact of the divestments of the Nordic subsidiary and Qwamplify Pro.

The group anticipates a cautious second quarter, facing a complex economic environment marked by inflation and budgetary constraints. An internal reorganization and increased investment in AI are planned to support productivity and innovation.
