Qwamplify Gross Margin to Decline in Q3 2025

Qwamplify announced a decline in its gross margin in the third quarter of 2025, reaching €4.4 million, a decrease of 16.1% compared to the previous year. On a comparable basis, the decline was 7.5%. The sale of the Nordic subsidiaries in July impacted results, accounting for 62% of the decline. Digital and media activity held up, notably thanks to SEO and the Data & Analytics division, although offset by the decline in Emailing and Branding.

In the first nine months of 2025, revenue decreased by 14.6%, reaching €20.4 million. For the final quarter, Qwamplify anticipates a continuation of the trends observed in Q3. Future results will be highly dependent on the performance of the final quarter, which is crucial for Gross Margin.
