Qwamplify postpones the communication of its 2024 annual results

Levallois-Perret, France, April 7, 2025 - Qwamplify, an agency specializing in digital marketing and media, announces a delay in the publication of its financial results. Initially scheduled earlier, the press release concerning the annual results for the period from October 2023 to December 2024, as well as the revenue and gross margin for the first quarter of 2025, will be released on April 30, 2025. This postponement follows an adjustment to the fiscal year-end, now set at December 31.

For the year 2024, in pro forma format for 12 months, the company recorded a gross margin of €23 million, an increase of 7.1%, and a turnover of €33 million, an increase of 0.5% compared to the previous year. These figures reflect the stability of the company despite the delay in the communication of its results.
