Qwamplify: Update on capital and voting rights
Qwamplify has published its monthly information concerning the share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. This press release, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, specifies that the total number of shares amounts to 5,681,032.
The theoretical number of voting rights is 8,015,203, while the number of exercisable voting rights reaches 7,494,238, after deducting shares deprived of voting rights. Qwamplify shares are listed under ISIN FR0010889386 and ticker symbol ALQWA on Euronext Growth Paris, and are eligible for the French PEA-PME investment scheme.
