R. STAHL Initiates Leadership Transition
R. STAHL AG is preparing for a leadership transition as Dr. Claus Bischoff is set to join the Executive Board as Deputy CEO starting 1 October 2025. Current CEO Dr. Mathias Hallmann will step down and exit the company at the end of the year. Dr. Bischoff will assume the CEO role on 1 January 2026, in alignment with the company's ongoing corporate strategy.
The Supervisory Board selected Dr. Bischoff due to his extensive international management experience in sectors like automotive and automation technology. With a background in engineering and notable roles at companies such as Lenze SE, Marquardt GmbH, and Continental AG, he is positioned to continue the strategic process of the company.
Chairman Peter Leischner emphasizes the transition's consistency with R. STAHL's strategy under Dr. Hallmann, who has strengthened the company's position. The leadership change aligns with plans for future growth and operational transformation.
