Racing Force Approves 2024 Financial Statements and Confirms Auditors
Racing Force S.p.A. held its Shareholders' Meeting, approving key resolutions. The 2024 financial statements were unanimously approved. The company reported a net profit of EUR 2,457,244 for the year 2024. A portion of the profit, EUR 32,803, will be allocated to the legal reserve, while EUR 2,424,441 will be added to retained earnings. Shareholders approved a dividend distribution of up to EUR 2,465,040, equating to EUR 0.09 per share, with payment scheduled for May 14, 2025.
The meeting also saw the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the 2025-2027 period. Mr. Luca Parenti remains Chairman, with Mr. Roberto Strumia and Mr. Alessandro Miglio as standing auditors. Compliance with professional requirements was verified by the Board of Directors.
