Racing Force Publishes Update on Share Buyback Program
Racing Force S.p.A. revealed updates on its ongoing share buyback initiative. Between January 19 and 23, 2026, the company acquired 6,143 shares on the Euronext Growth Milan segment, representing 0.0224% of its share capital. The transaction was executed at an average price of €4.99 per share, amounting to a total cost of €30,669.34.
This purchase was facilitated by Equita SIM S.p.A. and follows the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting on October 22, 2025. Currently, Racing Force holds 129,835 treasury shares, which constitute 0.4740% of the total share capital.
The Racing Force Group remains a leader in motorsports safety, marketing various products under its multiple brands across its global headquarters in Italy, Bahrain, and the United States.
