R.E.A. Holdings Plc Completes Redemption of Sterling Notes
R.E.A. Holdings Plc has announced the redemption of its 8.75% guaranteed sterling notes due in 2025. The company finalized this financial move effective 31 August 2025. The redemption covers all outstanding sterling notes issued by REA Finance B.V., totaling £21,366,000 nominal. These notes were redeemed at 104% of their principal amount, meaning each £1 nominal was paid out at £1.04, as per the adjusted trust deed from April 2020.
