REALITES extends the deadline for converting debt into shares
REALITES has extended until June 15, 2026, the deadline for eligible creditors to provide the information necessary for the conversion of their debt into new shares. Originally set for May 10, 2026, this extension aims to facilitate the integration of creditors into this transaction.
To participate in this conversion, creditors must have declared their claims and explicitly opted for conversion via the KROLL platform in January 2026. Those who do not meet these criteria will have their unpaid claim abandoned according to the recovery plan.
Although not a condition for the right to conversion, this deadline allows REALITES to include creditors in the ongoing transaction. Those who are late will have to wait several months before being included in a new transaction.
