REALITES postpones its 2025 annual results and adjusts its debt operations

REALITES has announced a further postponement of the publication of its 2025 results. Initially expected on June 26, 2026, the annual accounts will now be published on July 31, 2026. This decision is due to the need for additional procedures regarding the closing of the accounts.

This postponement also affects the timeline for the debt-to-equity conversion operations planned in their restructuring plan. These operations are expected to take place in the second half of 2026, subject to approval by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).

REALITES provides support to its creditors, inviting them to complete their profile with the designated intermediary in order to participate effectively in the planned operations.
