REALITES unveils its consolidated scope for 2024
After three years of restructuring, REALITES has published its consolidated scope for 2024, the foundation of its future recovery plan. The group, which specializes in regional development and real estate promotion, has gone through a difficult period due to the real estate crisis. In 2024, REALITES will have revenue of €215.9 million, but will post negative operating results.
The plan currently being developed includes a refocusing of its business on B2B and tighter governance. REALITES is focusing on real estate development, increasing its competitiveness through a balanced product mix and strategic disposals. This project aims to stabilize its finances and prepare for the vote of its creditors by the end of 2025.
